Refund Policy – Harnell Refrigeration

1. General Refund Policy

At Harnell Refrigeration, we strive to provide high-quality service and repair for refrigeration equipment. If you are not satisfied with our products or services, we offer a structured refund policy in compliance with U.S. consumer protection laws.

2. Refund Policy for Products

  • Customers may request a refund for purchased products within 30 days of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.
  • Any product that has been installed, modified, or damaged due to improper handling is not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Policy for Services

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service provided by Harnell Refrigeration, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of service.
  • Refunds will only be granted if the service does not meet industry standards or if there is a failure to perform the agreed-upon repair.
  • Service fees for diagnostics and labor costs already rendered may be non-refundable, depending on the extent of work completed.

4. Refund Procedure

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number) must be provided.
  • For service-related refunds, a detailed explanation of the issue and supporting evidence (such as photos or service reports) may be required.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Once a refund request is submitted and approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after product inspection or service review.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon.

6. Refund Denial

We reserve the right to deny a refund in the following cases:

  • The product is returned damaged, incomplete, or used.
  • The service was fully performed and met industry standards.
  • The claim is fraudulent or lacks sufficient proof of an issue.
  • Refund requests are made outside of the stated refund period.

7. Refund Policy for Subscription Services

  • If you subscribe to a recurring maintenance or repair plan, you may cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund.
  • Subscription cancellations after 30 days may be prorated based on the services already provided.

8. Policy Changes

Harnell Refrigeration reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website in advance.
